We’ve all heard the adage that to deliver quality creative products, communication agencies need both time and money. Reduce either, and quality suffers. However, in today’s business environment the harsh reality is that tight budgets and short deadlines are the norm, not the exception. To ensure every client enjoys a great working partnership, we’ve built a flat rather than pyramid-like management structure. This means that every marketing person can work collaboratively with senior personnel in both creative and management. Over the years we’ve come to realise that the silos and process that other agencies work within are not right for us, or our clients.
