Ray Heckendorf – PrincipalOver 25 years Ray has built the agency on his vision of total integration of all communications functions above and below the line. Ray was one of the pioneers of the sales promotion industry in Australia with The Sales Machine, and with Oddfellows he has gone on to deliver record sales results for Toyota and Lexus as well as strong business-building campaigns for other Oddfellows clients including Australian Egg Corporation and Hino. Ray’s ‘client first’ focus has been the foundation for Oddfellows’ unique culture and long standing client relationships.

When he’s not at the office, Ray likes to…wait…he’s always at the office…

 
Andrew Black – Managing Director

Andrew Black - Managing DirectorSince joining the team in 2004, Andrew has overseen work for all agency clients including Toyota, Lexus, Australian Egg Corporation, and Atlantis Energy. Andrew brings a wealth of global brand strategic experience to the agency – having worked at Leo Burnett’s for 14 years both in Sydney and London on a wide range of accounts including Diageo, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and AMP. 

Around here, Andrew is affectionately known as ‘Nigella’ because of his love of cooking and all things food related.

 
Wayne Maloney – Executive Creative Director

Wayne Maloney – Executive Creative DirectorHeading up the creative team is Wayne Maloney. Wayne has over 25 years experience under his belt including senior gigs at O&M, Clemenger, DMB&B and Mojo. During this time he has created award-winning campaigns for clients including Westpac, Qantas, Southcorp, Nestlé, Lion Nathan and Toyota. 

The creative department claim his head looks like an Easter Island statue or a piece of 4x4 wood.

 
Mark Sheridan – Creative Director

Mark Sheridan – Creative DirectorMark’s career as an Art Director has seen him responsible for many highly successful and awarded campaigns for blue chip clients including Telstra, 3M, Cadbury Schweppes, Singapore Airlines, Dairy Farmers, IKEA, Toyota, Lexus, Brando Shoes, Dolce & Gabbana and Guess Clothing. Where he really shines though is automotive, where his work is highly regarded as the benchmark, particularly in the competitive field of national retail television and print. 

If you can’t find Sherro at his desk, he’s probably downstairs pinching the Property section from the newspapers. 

 
Roza Mitreski – Finance Director

Roza Mitreski – Finance DirectorRoza ensures the financial side of the agency runs like clockwork. An Odd Fellow since 2002, Roza has over 20 years experience in the advertising industry. In addition to starting out with BCC AdSystems, specialists in accounting systems for advertising agencies, she has also held positions at agencies including Hammond & Thackery, Mojo Partners and BAM SSB. 

Being in charge of everyone’s pay, Roza never has to worry about making her own coffee in the mornings.
